Revamped the mobile app's message page, resulting in a 21.2% increase in CTA button conversion rates within message bubbles.
Background
Health2Sync is a mobile app designed for individuals with diabetes.
Its message page serves as a platform to provide self-care information tailored for diabetics, facilitating clinics or Health2Sync to promote programs dedicated to diabetes management.
Problem
We've received complaints from users saying they couldn't identify the CTA button as a button within the message bubble on the message page.
Challenges
01. Ensure the CTA button stands out.
02. Account for multi-language display.
03. Limit button text to 2 lines for proper display.
